The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product hasn’t been damaged after delivery.
All original contents (box, cable, etc.) are returned.
There must be a valid reason (not just a change of mind).

| If you receive a device that has an issue not mentioned at purchase, or it doesn’t match the specifications, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

Item must be in the same condition as received.
No damage or mishandling after delivery.
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
