If the device has a problem, how do I return it?
If you receive a device that has an issue not mentioned at purchase, or it doesn’t match the specifications, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
Item must be in the same condition as received.
No damage or mishandling after delivery.
You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Simply contact our support team with the issue and we’ll arrange for a return or replacement.
