What are the conditions for return and exchange?

To accept a return or exchange request, the following must apply:

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product hasn’t been damaged after delivery.
All original contents (box, cable, etc.) are returned.
There must be a valid reason (not just a change of mind).

Once approved, Blumpie will inspect the device and proceed with either a refund or replacement.
